The winemaking team followed a different route to the traditional the winemaking process – the sauvignon blanc juice was frozen for three months at -15 °C. After the defrosting process the wine fermented as per normal.
Nuy Mastery Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a bright, pale gold colour with distinct green hue – it exudes aromas of ripe tropical fruit with kiwi and fynbos undertones. The wine presents hints of blackcurrant and stewed prunes.
